Registered Psychotherapists, Social Workers, and Candian Certified Counsellors are usually covered for individuals Please check with your insurance provider to confirm whether your plan covers mental health services from a Registered Psychotherapist.
What is your rate?
-Individual Therapy $175-$185 (Francesco, Olivia, Laura, Caroline, Stanley)
-Couples Therapy $210 (Francesco, Laura, & Caroline)
-Family Therapy $210 (Francesco)
-Veterans / First Responder program $200-240 (Francesco, Brian, Alexandra, & WIll)
-Sliding Scale $125-$155 (Stanley, Olivia, & Caroline)
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
No referall needed to see a Registered Psychotherapist.
What to expect?
Expect for your concerns to be heard through empathetic and compassionate understanding. It is recommended to make a list of things that have worked and have not worked for you before attending your first session.

Services within our Veterans and first responders program is usually covered by VAC / MBC. Please select a free consultation with one of our clinicians in the program to see whether they are compatible with your benefits.
