This 8-week mindfulness program is designed to help you develop a healthier relationship with stress, emotions, and your inner experience. The program integrates mindfulness practices with psychotherapy, offering both structure and flexibility.

Participants may also engage in ongoing individual therapy, during or after the program, depending on their needs.
