About Caroline
I am a bilingual therapist (English/French) and a military spouse, with firsthand experience of the challenges of service life, including frequent relocations, operational stress, and the emotional toll of transitions. I have supported pregnant and postpartum women in depression, worked with immigrant multicultural families, and contributed to research on mental resilience.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where you feel heard and understood. I specialize in helping dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, self-doubt, and life transitions - particularly students, professionals, and those facing cultural or identity challenges.

I recognize that seeking support can be daunting, especially if you’re accustomed to handling everything on your own. Remember, you don’t have face this alone. Therapy offers a judgment-free space where you can, reflect, and explore your difficulties at your own pace.

My approach is solution-focused and collaborative, helping clients identify their strengths, restore psychological balance, and adapt purposefully to life’s challenges. I aim to deliver grounded, confidential, and personalized support tailored the unique demands of military and family life, also addressing civilian wellness. Together, we will work on developing coping, self-compassion, and confidence as you navigate change.
