About Olivia

Olivia, Registered Psychotherapist (Q), believes every individual has the ability to re-write their story to pursue a life they want and deserve. Olivia offers a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental approach to therapy, creating a safe space to explore thoughts and emotions, build coping skills, identify strengths, bring new perspectives, and foster self-authenticity. Recognizing that the therapeutic journey is unique for each person, Olivia will develop a personalized treatment plan for you that promotes change, healing, and self-awareness to reach your mental health goals.

Olivia brings many years of experience supporting neurodiverse populations and young adults in university/college, addressing concerns related to anxiety, ADHD, depression, self-worth, stress/burnout (career & academic), relationship challenges, life transitions, relational/attachment trauma. Olivia also holds a strong interest offering compassionate care to women managing health conditions such as PMOS and endometriosis.  In your work together, you’ll find a compassionate space to slow down, feel understood, and build practical tools that help you feel grounded, capable, and more at peace in your life.

Modalities Used: Olivia takes a diverse approach using modalities such as Compassion Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused, Narrative, Humanistic, Mindfulness, Trauma Informed, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support her clients.
