About Laura
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who values working collaboratively with clients to explore and develop meaningful strategies for navigating life’s challenges. I offer a warm, co-created, and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe, welcomed, understood, and supported. Together, we can deepen your understanding of your thoughts and emotions while identifying helpful and meaningful changes that align with your values and personal goals.
I have experience supporting individuals navigating major life transitions, anxiety, depression, ADHD, as well as academic and life-related stress and burnout. I also have extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals in school settings. Additionally, I have a strong interest in supporting women navigating infertility, and I bring both professional knowledge and lived understanding of how emotionally challenging this journey can be.
As an immigrant who speaks Spanish, I am passionate about supporting individuals and families navigating the complex transitions involved in adapting to life in a new country. I also have experience providing couples therapy, supporting partners in strengthening communication and developing a deeper understanding of one another’s needs.
My goal is to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and foster meaningful change. Most importantly, I am here to work alongside you in discovering what matters most to you and supporting you in navigating life’s challenges with greater confidence and self-understanding.
